PADRE RICCO PADRE POVERO, QUELLO CHE I RICCHI INSEGNANO AI LORO FIGLI SUL DEL DENARO E CHE I POVERI E LA CLASSE MEDIA NON FANNO! 
In questo articolo vi presento la mia personale recensione del libro di Robert T. Kyosaki, padre ricco padre povero, che ho letto qualche mese fa .
Personalmente ritengo questo libro utilissimo sia per i giovani che vogliono costruire il loro futuro , sia per gli adulti che vogliono imparare la giusta mentalita’ finanziaria ( http://michela.naumai.me/come-acquisre-un…o-corso-di-penna/) e aumentare la loro intelligenza finanziaria.
L’ intelligenza finanziaria e’ ” un processo mentale attraverso il quale risolviamo i nostri problemi economici.”
Il libro viene introdotto dalla coautrice di Kiyosaki, Sharon Lechter, commercialista, consulente di industrie editoriali e imprenditrice.
Sharon nell’ introduzione racconta brevemente la sua storia, quella della sua famiglia di origine e dei suoi figli.
L’autrice stava cercando di dare ai i suoi figli in merito alla finanza personale e si rendeva conto di come la scuola fosse gravemente deficitaria di queste conoscenze.
INTRODUZIONE
“Un giorno del 1996 uno dei miei bambini tornò a casa, sconsolato e deluso dalla scuola. Era annoiato e stanco di studiare. “Perché devo perdere tempo a studiare materie che mai userò nella vita?” protestò.
Senza pensare gli risposi: “Perché se non ottieni buoni voti non entrerai all’Università”.
“Quindi se vado all’Università sarò ricco”.
“Se non ti laurei non avrai un buon lavoro” risposi con un certo timore ed un po’ di preoccupazione, “Se non hai un buon lavoro come pensi di diventare ricco?”.
Mamma” continuò: “Non voglio lavorare tanto duramente come fate tu e papà. Guadagnate molti soldi, viviamo in una casa grande, ho molti giochi. Se seguo il tuo consiglio finirò come voi, mi ritroverò a lavorare sempre di più solo per pagare più tasse e finire indebitato.
Un giorno Sharon trovo’ le risposte alle domande dei suoi figli grazie all’ incontro con Kiyosaki; suo marito era venuto a conoscenza di un nuovo prodotto educativo , CASHFLOW.
Sharon e altre 15 persone parteciparono ai test di questo gioco che Kiyosaky stava sviluppando.
Dopo questo incontro la Lechter e Kiosaky decisero di essere coautori del libro, che fino a quel momento era solo una bozza nel computer di Robert .
BREVE BIOGRAFIA DI ROBERT T. KIYOSAKI
Robert Toru Kiyosaki e’ un imprenditore, investitore, uomo d’affari, scrittore e speaker motivazionale.
Nato e cresciuto alle Hawaii si laureo’ a New York e da sempre fu attivista per l’ alfabetizzazione finanziaria.
Nel 1994 pubblico’ il best seller Rich Dad, Poor Dad e creo’ il gioco educativo Cashflow.

L’autore racconta di aver avuto due “padri”, uno ricco e l’altro povero e di come questo abbia influito sulla sua educazione finanziaria.
Il suo padre biologico, quello povero, era un insegnante, alla guida dell’ associazione degli insegnanti dello stato delle Hawaii.
Era un uomo molto intelligente ed istruito e lavoro’ duramente tutta la vita.
Ebbe sempre difficolta’ economiche e dopo la sua morte lascio’ debiti e fatture da pagare.
Il papa’ ricco non termino’ la terza media.
Anch’ egli lavoro’ duramente tutta la vita ma divenne uno degli uomini piu ricchi delle Hawaii.
Mori’ lasciando milioni di dollari alla sua famiglia , per la beneficenza e alla Chiesa.
L’ aver avuto due padri offri’ l’opportunita’ a Kiyosaki di mettere a confronto due punti di vista; quello di un uomo povero e quello di un uomo ricco.
Uno dei motivi per cui il ricco diventa piu’ ricco e il povero diventa piu’ povero risiede nel fatto che a scuola non viene trattato il tema denaro.
A scuola ci si concentra sulle abilita’ professionali, sulle materie ma non sull’ intelligenza finanziaria.
Giustamente Kiyosaki ci dice: ” cosa potra’ mai dire un padre povero a suo figlio?”
Non fu facile per Robert essere in mezzo ad opinioni tanto contrastanti, anche perche’ inizialmente i due padri avevano entrambi difficolta’ economiche.
Il padre povero spesso diceva frasi del tipo”L’ amore per il denaro e’ la radice di tutti i mali”.
E ancora ” Non posso comprarlo “, “Studia molto potrai trovare lavoro in un ‘ ottima azienda”.
” Quando i soldi arrivano gioca sul sicuro, non cercare rischi”.
” Non sono ricco perche’ ho i figli piccoli”.
” Non saro’ ricco mai”.
” La casa e’ il miglior investimento che abbia mai realizzato”.
Il papa’ ricco credeva in una totale indipendenza finanziaria.
Diceva frasi del tipo ” Come posso comprarlo?”.
” Studia molto potrai trovare un’ azienda da comprare”.
” La ragione per la quale devo diventare ricco e’ perche’ ho i figli piccoli” ( una delle mie preferite!)
“ Impara ad avere a che fare con il rischio” e “La casa e’ un bene passivo e se la casa e’ il tuo piu’ grande investimento , sei nei guai”.
L’ autore ci spiega come essere stato influenzato da due personalita’ cosi forti e fra di loro contrastanti gli fece capire che peso avevano i pensieri nella vita delle persone.
Ritorniamo al concetto di giusta mentalita’ finanziaria ( link articolo precedente) che e’ sempre alla base del nostro percorso verso la liberta’ finanziaria.
Nonostante ambedue i padri ritenessero molto importante l’ istruzione e l’ apprendimento si distinguevano per i pensieri e le azioni.
Il padre ricco ripeteva spesso che lui non lavorava per il denaro ma che era il denaro a lavorare per lui.
Si sentiva gia’ ricco anche se ancora non lo era e anche quando ebbe un fallimento economico.
Robert T. Kiyosaki scelse, anche se con fatica ,che colui che avrebbe dovuto guidare la sua mente in tema denaro sarebbe stato il papa’ ricco.
Questa decisione cambio’ il resto della sua vita.
Il padre ricco gli trasmise i suoi insegnamenti per circa trent’anni .
Le lezioni iniziarono quando aveva circa nove anni ed ovviamente erano semplici.
Alla base c’ erano 6 punti principali che ribadi’ per trent’ anni.
Le lezioni non sono una risposta ma delle indicazioni.
Personalmente non sono nata in una famiglia ricca.
Abbiamo passato momenti buoni ma anche molte difficolta’ economiche.
Nessuno mi hai mai dato questi insegnamenti, ne’ la famiglia ne ‘ la scuola.
Ovviamente i miei genitori mi hanno trasmesso quello che era nelle loro capacita’, cio’ che sapevano.
Sei sei nato in una famiglia ricca probabilmente conoscerai molte delle cose che sono scritte in questo libro.
Io no, parto da zero.
Questo libro mi ha aiutato molto ad acquisire nuove conoscenze in materia di denaro e soprattutto a capire la differenza fra attivita’ e passivita’.
IL RICCO NON LAVORA PER DENARO
Una delle lezioni piu’ importanti che l’autore ripete piu’ volte nel libro e’ questo concetto fondamentale:
il ricco non lavora per denaro.
Robert e Mike impararono quest’ importantissima lezione all’ inizio del percorso della loro educazione finanziartia e fu cio’ che fece far loro la prima vera svolta nella mentalita’ finanziaria.
Il padre ricco offri’ ai due ragazzini 5 dollari l’ ora per continuare a lavorare nel suo negozio.
L’ offerta monetaria era grandissima; nel 1956 in pochi adulti guadagnacano una tale cifra.
Possiamo immaginare che impatto emotivo ebbe su due ragazzini di appena 9 anni anni solo immaginare di poter avere a disposizione quel denaro.
La loro parte emotivo stava per prendere il soppravvento…il desiderio di possedere li stava mettendo a dura prova.
LA PROVA
Il padre ricco li stava mettendo alla prova.
Robert e Mike fecero emergere la loro parte razionale, tennero duro e non accettarono.
Disse loro che la maggior parte delle persone aveva un prezzo determinato da emozioni come paura, desiderio e avarizia.
La paura di rimanere senza denaro ci spinge a lavorare tanto e una volta ottenuti i soldi, subentra il desiderio.
Il padre ricco continuava a spiegare che questo sistema in cui si lavora , si spende sempre di piu’e di conseguenza ci obbliga a lavorare sempre di piu’ si chiama corsa del topo( Rate Race).
Si chiedevano se esistesse una via d’ uscita.
Esisteva e lo avrebbero scoperto continuando a lavorare senza essere pagati.. avrebbero lavorato per imparare.
” Chi si fa dominare dal denaro che controlla le loro emozioni non riesce ad uscire dalla corsa del topo.”
” Il desiderio di possedere non ha niente di male in se’ ma la classe media e i poveri spendono subito il loro denaro per soddisfare il desiderio di possedere”.
La differenza fondamentale sta nel fatto che i ricchi acquistano per prima cosa beni produttivi, attivita’.
Solo quando sono ricchi e solamente con il denaro che proviene dalle loro attivita’, i ricchi acquistano beni di lusso.
Il padre ricco spiegava loro che era fondamentale imparare a dominare il potere del denaro .
questo concetto non viene insegnato a scuola e nemmeno dalla famiglia a meno che non si provenga da una famiglia ricca .
Il padre povero, come molti altri padri, suggeriva a Kiyosaki,di studiare , prendere buoni voti cosi’ da poter trovare un buon lavoro.
Assolutamente giusto e lecito suggerire ai prorpi figli di studiare e impegnarsi ma cio’ non bastava per insegnare la liberta’ finanziaria.
Il padre povero dava questi consigli per amore e perche’desiderava il meglio per lui.
Inoltre’ non essendo ricco non aveva altre conoscenze da trasmettere in materia di denaro.
Il padre povero era dominato dalla paura, temeva che suo figlio non riuscisse in futuro a guadagnare denaro.
E’ possibile uscire da questa trappola di lavoro, paura e desiderio coltivando l’ intelligenza finanziaria.
Occorre imparare ad usare le emozioni per pensare e non pensare con le emozioni.
Questo aiuta a vedere oltre , cogliere cio’ che agli altri sfugge.
Kiyosaki sottolinea piu volte come l’ intelligenza finanziaria possa risolvere molti problemi e generare denaro.
Il punto non e’ quanti soldi si fanno ma quanti se ne riesce a risparmiare.
Il denaro usato senza intelligenza e’ denaro che presto se ne va.
Fu fondamentale l’ insegnamento delle basi di economia che papa’ ricco imparti’ a Robert e Mike.
Lo fece in forma semplice utilizzando rappresentazioni grafiche e parole facili da comprendere.
Solo dopo molto tempo inseri’ numeri e cifre.
Eccoci arrivati alla regola numero 1, altro caposaldo che ricorre spesso nel testo e che anche a me ha chiarito moti concetti.
Puo’ sembrare semplice e banale ma se cosi’ fosse molte persone sarebbero ricche.
REGOLA N 1: differenza fra attivita’ e passivita’.
I poveri e la classe media acquistano passivita’.
Facciamo un esempio che spesso vediamo fare dalla maggior parte delle persone che non sono ricche.
Comprare beni come un’auto nuovo di lusso, un telefonino di ultima generazione, vestiti di marca , gioielli, vacanze.
Questi acquisti non rientrano nelle necessita’ come il cibo, le bollette o le tasse.
Sono delle passivita’ cioe’ non producono denaro ma lo tolgono dalle nostre tasche.
Le attivita’ sono beni produttivi cioe’ fanno entrare il denaro nelle nostre tasche.
Esempi di attivita’: azioni, crediti, beni immobili.
” Se vuoi diventare ricco passa la vita ad acquistare attivita’”.
LA CORSA DEL TOPO
Qui l’autore racconta la storia di un film che aveva visto per spiegare come molte persone siano intrappolate nella corsa del topo e spesso non se ne rendono conto.
La storia parla di una giovane coppia che felice va a vivere in affitto in un appartamento.
Vogliono acquistare la casa dei loro sogni cosi’ iniziano a lavorare di piu’ per poter risparmiare i soldi necessari all’acquisto.
La casa acquistata con un mutuo dove si va ad abitare non e’ un investimento, non genera soldi ma rientra nelle passivita’ : ha costi molto alti di manutenzione e si va a collocare nella colonna delle passivita’.
Personalmente ho sentito opinioni molto contrastanti su questo tema e e devo dire che anche per questo concetto mi trovo d ‘accordo con l’autore.
Contraendo un mutuo per la casa dove si vive si perde la capacita’ di indebitamento che si potrebbe usare ad esempio per chiedere un mutuo per comprare una casa all’ asta e poi rivenderla o affittarla, andando cosi’ ad incrementare la colonna degli attivi.
Chiaramente ci sono mille variabili nel caso; potremmo non riuscire a rivendere subito la casa o affittare a degli inquilini che poi non pagano, pero’ il concetto alla base che credo sia importante considerare.
Torniamo alla nostra giovane coppia.
Si rende presto conto che la colonna delle passivita’ e’ in aumento: mutuo, rate auto nuova, mobili nuovi.
Con l’ arrivo del primo figlio lavorano ancora piu’ duramente.
Sono intrappolati nella corsa del topo, piu’ guadagnano e piu’ spendono.
Il poblema sta nel fatto di come loro hanno scelto di spendere.
Raramente piu’ denaro risolve i problemi economici.
Spesso la paura di essere rifiutati dagli altri provoca la necessita’ di adeguarsi alle opinioni e paradigmi degli altri.
Ecco alcuni paradigmi che sentiamo spesso.
“La casa e’ un investimento”.
“Lavora di piu'”
” Fai un mutuo a lunga data”
” Gioca sul sicuro”
” Gli investimenti sono rischiosi”
Il bilancio economico del papa’ ricco mostra come la colonna delle entrate genera di piu’ di quello che serve per coprire le spese.
L’ eccedenza viene reinvestita ( non spesa in passivita’). INSERIRE IMMAGINE.
Il risultato e ‘ che le persone ricche diventano sempre piu’ ricche..
DEFINIZIONE DI RICCHEZZA
Viene presa in prestito da Fuller.
La ricchezza e’ la possibilita’ che ha una persona di sopravvivere a lungo o meglio se lascio il lavoro per quanto tempo potro’ sopravvivere? Una settimana, un mese, un anno?
La ricchezza non dipende dallo stipendio, e’ data dalla differenza tra entrate e uscite.
La ricchezza misura quanto denaro sta producendo il tuo denaro( non il tuo lavoro!)
Stabilisce la possibilita’ di sopravvivenza economica.
ancora una volta Kiyosaki mette l’ accento sulla sostanziale differenza fra ricco e povero.
Il primo compra beni produttivi, il secondo ha solo spese.
Per essere economicamente tranquilli le persone hanno bisogno di saper curare i propri interessi.
L’ attenzione va focalizzata sulla colonna delle attivita’ e delle entrate.
BENI E ATTIVITA’ SUGGERITI
- Attivita’ che non richiedano la presenza fisica per andare avanti ma amministrate e gestite da altre persone.
- Azioni
- Buoni del Tesoro
- Fondi comuni d’ investimento
- Beni immobili che generano guadagni.
- Crediti
- Royalties, diritti d’autore per musiche, manoscritti, brevetti.
I ricchi ,da sempre, hanno prima costruito una solida situazione finanziaria e i guadagni realizzati con gli investimenti hanno permesso , in un secondo momento , l’ acquisto di beni di lusso.
LA STORIA DELLE TASSE
Il padre povero credeva che il compito del governo fosse aiutare i cittadini.
Il padre ricco sapeva volgere a suo favore il sistema fiscale grazie alla sua intelligenza finanziaria.
Le conoscenze di Kiyosaki apprese dal padre ricco vengono da lui definite Q1 Finanziario.
Il Q1 finanziario si sviluppa con la conoscenza di 4 aree specifiche.
- La contabilita’
- L’ investimento( la scienza del denaro che produce denaro)
- Comprendere il mercato ( la scienza della domanda e dell’ offerta)
- La legge .
L’autore spiega quanto sia fondamentale conoscere i vantaggi fiscali che spettano alle imprese e ancora una volta ci fa comprendere la differenza nell’agire del ricco e del povero, anche in questo campo.

Cosi’ aveva sempre agito suo padre povero.
I RICCHI INVENTANO IL DENARO
Tutti noi abbiamo un enorme potenziale.
Spesso cio’ che ci paralizza e’ il dubbio su noi stessi , la mancanza di fiducia verso di noi.
Finita la scuola, il diploma , la laurea e i buoni voti, fuori nel mondo reale e’ richiesto qualcosa di piu’.
Possiamo chiamarlo in molti modi differenti; fegato, palle, audacia, astuzia, tenacia o coraggio.
Il genio finanziario ha bisogno di conoscenze tecniche e coraggio.
Kiyosaki invento’ un metodo di insegnamento che si attua attraverso un gioco chiamato Cashflow.
CASHFLOW
Fu inventato dall’ autore per aiutare le persone a capire come funziona il denaro.
Giocando si comprende l’ interazione tra la situazione delle entrate ed il foglio di bilancio.
Avere l’ intelligenza finanziaria significa avere piu’ opzioni.
Kiyosaki osservo’ molte persone giocare e imparare con Cashflow.
Molti si lamentavano , durante il gioco, che a loro non capitava mai la carta della buona occasione.
C’e’ chi ,nella vita reale, la aspetta tutta una vita senza mai agire.
Altri giocatori estraevano la carta della buona occasione ma non sapevano come usarla.
Oppure non avevano abbastanza soldi.
Questo accade anche nella vita reale.
LAVORA PER IMPARARE
Questo concetto l’ autore lo aveva gia’ espresso in precedenza ma e’ uno di quei paradigmi talmente importanti nella creazione dell’ intelligenza finanziaria che viene ripetuto piu’ volte.
Direi che sia meglio abbondare!
Quando si tratta di soldi la maggior parte delle persone conosce un’ unica azione da compiere: LAVORARE.
Il padre ricco esortava Robert e Mike ad imparare il piu’ possibile da ogni esperienza lavorativa senza specializzarsi.
Fin da piccoli aveva chiesto loro di lavorare per imparare le lezioni che si accingeva ad impartitirgli e a rinunciare allo stipendio.
Robert fece molte esperienze lavorative.

- Abilita’ di comunicare e vendere
SUPERANDO GLI OSTACOLI
Come in tutti i percorsi della vita anche in quello della liberta’ finanziaria incontrremo sempre degli ostacoli.
Sono 5 le ragioni che impediscono a persone finanziariamente competenti di raggiungere la liberta’ finanziaria:
- paura
- cinismo( non sono abbastanza sveglio, preparato ecc..)
- pigrizia
- cattive abitudini
- arroganza ( ego piu’ ignoranza)
Cio’ che non conosco mi fa perdere soldi, l’ ignoranza ha un costo.
PAGA SEMPRE PRIMA TE STESSO
Kyosaki spiega come anche questo concetto sia molto importante se vogliamo raggiungere la liberta’ finanziaria.
La colonna degli attivi e’ piu’ importante dei creditori.
Si deve usare la pressione dei creditori come motivazione a trovare altre forme di guadagno per pagare i debiti.
PRENDI IL VIA
La strada della ricchezza non e’ semplice altrimenti tutti la percorrerebbero.
La maggior parte delle persone si fa fermare dagli ostacoli.
Lavorare per denaro e’ molto piu’ semplice.
Se non hai una motivazione forte non ce la farai.
Tutti noi abbiamo il potere della scelta.
La prima persona su cui investire e’ in noi stessi ,nelle nostre conoscenze.
DIGRESSIONE PERSONALE
Nel tempo libero si puo’ scegliere di guardare la tv oppure accrescere le nostre conoscenze, leggendo un libro, partecipando ad un seminario , seguendo un corso o un video- corso.
Le informazioni oggi sono alla portata di tutti.
Ci sono tantissime informazioni di valore completamente gratis su internet.
E’ assurdo non sfruttarle.
Solo aumentando le nostre conoscenze potremmo acquisire nuove abilita’ che ci serviranno per ottenere la liberta’ finanziaria.
ROI E IL DONATORE INDIANO
L’autore ci introduce al concetto di ROI( ritorno sull’ investimento) raccontandoci una storia.
“Questo è il potere di ottenere qualcosa per nulla. Quando i primi coloni bianchi arrivarono in America, rimasero attoniti davanti ad una pratica culturale che avevano alcuni Indiani Americani.
Per esempio, se un colono aveva freddo l’Indiano gli offriva una coperta di lana.
Intendendolo come un regalo, il colono spesso si offendeva quando l’Indiano la richiedeva.
Gli indiani si infastidivano quando si rendevano conto che i coloni non volevano ridargli le cose.
Da li proviene il detto “Donatore Indiano”.
Da un semplice malinteso culturale.
Nel mondo della “colonna dei beni”, essere un donatore Indiano è vitale per la ricchezza.
Per un investitore sofisticato la prima domanda è, “con quanta velocità recupero il mio denaro?”. Desiderano anche sapere cosa avranno gratis, anche chiamata una porzione di azioni.
Questa è la ragione del ROI, o il rimborso di e su un investimento è così importante.”
INSEGNA E RICEVERAI
Il padre ricco insegnava l’ importanza del dare, del donare.
Egli stesso donava istruzione e denaro.
Il padre povero dava molto del suo tempo e della sua conoscenza ma quasi mai dava via del denaro.
Di solito diceva che avrebbe donato del denaro quando avrebbe avuto dei soldi extra.
Naturalmente gli extra non c’ erano mai.
PENSA IN GRANDE E DATTI DA FARE
Lo ritengo un consiglio utilissimo e applicabile in tutte le aree della nostra vita.
Una volta che hai le conoscenze specifiche e la giusta dosa di coraggio e tenacia , AGISCI.!!!
COME PAGARE L’ UNIVERSITA’ PER I TUOI FIGLI SOLTANTO CON 7000 DOLLARI
Grazie all’ aiuto di Kyosaki un suo amico che aveva 4 figli era riuscito a farlo.
Seguendo tutti i suoi consigli e con 7000 dollari per iniziare raggiunse la cifra di 300.000 dollari e fiducioso di arrivare facilmente i 400.000 , cifra stimata necessaria per pagare l’ universita’ per tutti i suoi figli.
CONSIGLI FINALI
- Sii padrone delle regole prima di apprenderne nuove
- devi avere autodisciplina e controllo di te stesso
- Non metterti in una posizione debitoria pesante
- Mantieni basse le spese
- Costruisci prima di tutto il tuo patrimonio
- Solo dopo averlo fatto comprati passivita’
- Essere intrappolati nel cammino del topo non e’ intelligente
- Se rimani a corto di soldi rendi la situazione costruttiva , non attingere ai tuoi risparmi o investimenti
- Usa questa pressione per suggerire al tuo genio finanziario di trovare nuove possibilita’ per guadagnare
Se una persona non domina il potere del denaro, se non ha autodisciplina, potra’ anche diventare ricca per un periodo ma poi perdera’ tutto il suo denaro.
Nel mondo consumistico in cui viviamo con mille tentazioni esterne e’ piu’ facile far salire la colonna dei passivi, comprando beni di lusso invece di concentrarsi su come creare denaro.
“Il denaro e’ solo un’ idea.
Se volete piu’ denaro cambiate il vostro modo di pensare.
L’ istruzione e la saggezza sul denaro sono importanti inizia presto.”
La mia recensione termina qua.
Ho letto 2 volte questo libro, la ripetizione aiuta.
Lo consiglio soprattutto per un cambio di mindset.
Sicuramente non tutto quello che e’ scritto nel libro e’ applicabile in ugual misura per tutti ma rimane comunque un ottimo libro dove trovare tante indicazioni.
